1. How much advance notice do I need to give if I want time off?
   If you are taking  more than 3  consecutive  days off , we would appreciate if the team is informed at least 2 weeks to a month in advance.

3.  Do we need to inform the team if we're working from home?
   If you are not physically at work for any reason, the team must be informed.
